The Historic Studios at New York City Center are ideal spaces for dance, music and theater. Our unique studios have served the professional Theater and Dance Community for years. They are large, column-free spaces equipped with sprung dance floors, mirrors, pianos, and portable barres.
New York City Center Studios are appropriate for rehearsals, classes, auditions, corporate meetings, studio showings and workshops; we are open seven days a week, 8am-11pm.
The entrance to the studios is located at 130 West 56th Street. Between 6th and 7th Avenues.

NYSCA Subsidized Rehearsal**
With generous support from the New York State Council on the Arts, New York City Center makes space available for non-profit dance rehearsals "off hours" at a reduced rate.
