We are committed to training the next generation of creative, passionate arts professionals by building pathways to careers in the arts for candidates underrepresented in arts administration, creative production teams, and on stage. Learn more about our varied program offerings.
Administrative Apprenticeships
Our nine-month program with hands-on learning opportunities for early career arts administrators. Applications open in February with decisions made in June each year.
Creative Fellowships
New York City Center’s Creative Fellowships provide emerging talent the opportunity to be immersed in the fast-paces production process of our musical theater offerings. Fellows work alongside renowned artists and professionals throughout the season.
The 2025–26 Creative Fellowship Applications are open until March 30.
High School Externships
A Free, Multi-Day experience for ages 14–18 to learn about creative, technical & design, and administrative arts jobs. Applications for the Creative Careers Session are now open.
