In addition to the dance and music performances on the mainstage, the ¡Adelante, Cuba! Festival features a series of intimate talks and master classes from some of its artists and special guests—offering an up-close look at the work of the inspiring Cuban and Latino dance artists, musicians, and performers of our time.

Join jazz giant Arturo O’Farrill, tap artist Ayodele Casel, trumpet player Yasek Manzano, and more, for a lively evening of music and conversation hosted by Susan Fales-Hill as part of her ongoing series in The Greene Space, Icons & Innovators.

Carlos Luis Blanco of Acosta Danza offers a glimpse into the technical rigor that underlies the training shared by members of Carlos Acosta’s new Cuba-based dance company. Gabe Globus-Hoenich (congas) will accompany Carlos Luis Blanco in his master class. This class is for advanced students and professional dancers.
